Google Dashboard Record User Account Activity

google-dashboardGoogle provides a new service called Dashboard for its users to see the records of activities they do in various Google services.

Dashboard serves as the summarizes data activities committed by the YouTube user account, Gmail, Reader and other Google services account.

“Dashboard summarizes the data for each service you use. In addition, the Dashboard also provides a direct link to control the personal settings for your account,” said Google Product Manager Yariv Adan was quoted as saying by the AFP, Friday (october/6/2009).

“Detail and scale of these services never before. That’s why we’re very proud to be the first Internet company that offered it and we hope that the Dashboard can be a standard data recording services,” said Yariv.

Users can change the settings or delete the data recorded on the activities of Google’s services online at the address google.com / dashboard.

“We are very concerned about the trust that has been given a user. So we have a duty to protect the privacy of the data dna users of Google services,”  said Yariv.

In addition. Yariv reminded that the Dashboard does not display the information recording activities of Google services without identifying the user account.
